Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

We deal in used and refurbished copiers and printers, and every machine is tested before delivery to ensure proper working condition.


Return Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received

  • No internal opening, repair, or tampering

  • Must include all parts and accessories

  • Must have valid proof of purchase (invoice)

⚠️ Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Improper installation or misuse

  • Electrical damage due to voltage issues


Return Process

To request a return:

Provide:

  • Invoice copy

  • Clear video/photo proof of the issue

⚠️ Important Condition:

  • All return requests must be approved before sending the item

  • Items sent without approval will not be accepted


Return Method (VERY IMPORTANT)

  • Returns must be made at our physical store in Sharjah, OR

  • Customer must bear all delivery and return shipping charges

We do not provide free pickup services.


Warranty Policy

We provide a limited warranty on selected machines.

Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty period: 7 / 15 / 30 days (as mentioned on invoice)

  • Applies only to working machines

What is Covered

✔ Internal hardware faults
✔ Mechanical issues under normal use

What is NOT Covered

❌ Toner, drum, cartridges, and consumables
❌ Physical damage (drop, water, fire)
❌ Voltage fluctuation or electrical misuse
❌ Unauthorized repair or opening
❌ Normal wear and tear


Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty:

  1. Contact us with:

    • Invoice

    • Video/photo proof

  2. Bring the machine to our physical store, OR

  3. Ship it at your own cost

⚠️ Important Condition:

  • Customer must bear delivery and return shipping charges for all warranty claims


Warranty Resolution

After inspection, we will:

  • Repair the machine free of cost, OR

  • Replace faulty parts, OR

  • Replace machine (if applicable)

⚠️ Refunds are not applicable under warranty unless issue is not resolvable.


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return and warranty shipping costs are customer’s responsibility


Refund Policy

If a return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Banks may take additional time to process.


Inspection on Delivery

Customers must inspect items immediately upon receiving.

If there is:

  • Damage

  • Wrong item

  • Major issue

Report within 24 hours with proof, otherwise claim may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

  • “As-is” or parts machines

  • Used consumables

  • Discounted or clearance items
