• All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation

• Orders are not processed on Fridays or public holidays

• In case of high demand or stock issues, processing time may be extended

• Delivery time: 2–5 working days

International Orders

• Delivery time: 7–15 working days (may vary by country)

• Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location

• Once the order is handed over to the courier,
  risk and responsibility transfer to the customer

We are not responsible for:

• Delays by shipping companies

• Loss or damage during transit (claims must be raised with courier)

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Customers must inspect items immediately upon delivery

• Any issue must be reported within 24 hours with video/photo proof

9. Return & Warranty Shipping (IMPORTANT)

• All return and warranty claims must be handled:

  • At our physical store in Sharjah, OR

  • Customer must bear all shipping and return delivery charges

10. Failed Delivery / Wrong Address

• Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details

• We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect address
